Perform major repairs and overhauls on aircraft engines, ensuring compliance with manufacturer specifications and industry standards.
Conduct thorough inspections and diagnostic tests to identify engine malfunctions and issues.
Utilize specialized tools and equipment to disassemble, repair, and reassemble engines efficiently and effectively.
Document all repair activities accurately and maintain detailed records of findings, actions taken, and parts used.
Collaborate with engineering and quality assurance teams to implement improvements and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Provide guidance and support to junior technicians as needed.

Qualifications and Skills:

High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or vocational training in aircraft maintenance preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in aircraft engine maintenance and major end repairs.
Strong knowledge of aircraft engine systems, components, and troubleshooting techniques.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical manuals, diagrams, and blueprints.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively under pressure.
Good communication skills in English; Arabic language proficiency is a plus.
Ability to obtain necessary security clearances and certifications as required.
