Duties and Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with project managers and engineers to understand project requirements and develop procurement plans and schedules.
• Identify potential suppliers, solicit bids, and evaluate proposals to select the best suppliers based on quality, cost, and delivery timelines.
• Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with suppliers to achieve favorable terms and conditions for project procurement.
• Manage supplier relationships and monitor vendor performance to ensure adherence to contractual agreements and project requirements.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of materials and services to support project milestones and deadlines.
• Resolve procurement-related issues and discrepancies in a timely and effective manner to minimize project disruptions.
• Maintain accurate procurement records, including purchase orders, contracts, and vendor communications.
• Monitor market trends and supplier capabilities to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.

Education and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Previous experience in procurement, supply chain management, or project management preferred.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of procurement processes, contract management, and supplier evaluation techniques.
• Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office applications.
