The Function

• You will closely cooperate and work with the team in charge of all aspects of the tile manufacturing process to make sure our goods are produced in accordance with the highest standards.
• By playing a crucial part in meeting the daily production volume targets, you’ll directly support and contribute to the Plant’s overall performance.
• This position is ideal for someone who appreciates working in a team in a busy, fast-paced atmosphere.

Important Responsibilities

• observing all health and safety policies and guidelines.
• operating and maintaining mobile plants, machinery, and equipment for production lines.
• maintaining a high level of cleanliness and housekeeping by taking full responsibility for your workspace.
• Regular visual and physical product inspections are used to monitor and record quality control.
• In collaboration with the maintenance team, identify breakdowns and quality issues, and safely resolve them.
• As soon as problems with safety or quality are found, report them proactively.
