Duties and Responsibilities:

• Source and evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, and delivery capabilities.
• Negotiate terms and conditions with suppliers to secure favorable pricing and contractual agreements.
• Review and analyze purchase requisitions, specifications, and scope of work to determine procurement requirements.
• Prepare and issue purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to identify procurement needs and develop procurement strategies.
• Monitor supplier performance and resolve issues related to delivery delays, quality issues, and contract disputes.
• Maintain accurate procurement records, including contracts, purchase orders, and vendor agreements.
• Stay updated on market trends, industry regulations, and best practices in procurement and supply chain management.

Education and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management, preferably in the engineering or construction industry.
• Proficiency in procurement software and tools, such as SAP, Oracle, or Ariba.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of procurement best practices, contract law, and international trade regulations.
