• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the trimming area.
• Assist with inventory management and stock rotation.
• Follow food safety guidelines and regulations.

Education and Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a meat trimmer or butcher is preferred.
• Knowledge of different cuts of meat and proper trimming techniques.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
