Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed project schedules using project management software such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to establish project milestones and deadlines.
• Monitor progress against project schedules and identify potential delays or bottlenecks.
• Analyze project data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for optimization.
• Communicate regularly with project teams to provide updates on schedule status and potential impacts.
• Assist in the development of mitigation strategies to address schedule deviations and risks.
• Prepare regular reports and presentations on project schedule performance and projections.
• Provide support during project meetings, including scheduling and agenda coordination.

Education and Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Previous experience in project planning and scheduling, preferably in the construction industry.
• Proficiency in project management software such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
