Responsibilities:

1. Partner with business leaders to understand and address HR needs.
2. Implement HR programs and initiatives in line with company policies.
3. Provide guidance on talent acquisition, development, and retention.
4. Support employee relations and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
5. Advise on performance management and employee development plans.
6. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations in KSA.
7. Manage HR projects to enhance organizational effectiveness.
8. Foster a diverse and inclusive work environment.

Education and Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role.
• Familiarity with Saudi labor laws and regulations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
