Qualifications:

- Operator Experience: Previous experience operating machinery or equipment is an advantage.
- Mechanical Skills: Basic mechanical skills for equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and work in a production environment.
- Communication: Effective communication skills for reporting issues and collaborating with team members.
