Education:

Experience:

Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the store’s operations, including sales, inventory management, and customer service.
- Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer experiences.
- Develop and implement sales strategies and promotional activities to drive revenue growth.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment orders as needed.
- Train and develop staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills.
- Maintain a high standard of visual merchandising and store presentation.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Prepare sales and inventory reports for management review.
Education and Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
