Job Description
We are currently seeking compassionate and dedicated Nannies to join families in Canada through the LMIA (Labour Market Impact Assessment) program. As a Nanny, you will play a vital role in providing care, support, and supervision to children in a nurturing and safe environment. Key Responsibilities:

Childcare and Supervision:
- Provide attentive and responsible care for children, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
- Create a stimulating and nurturing environment, engaging children in age-appropriate activities and play.
- Prepare and serve meals and snacks according to dietary guidelines and children’s preferences.
- Assist with personal hygiene tasks, including dressing, bathing, and toilet training.
- Administer medications and follow medical instructions, if required.
- Supervise children during indoor and outdoor activities, ensuring a safe and secure environment.

Educational Support:
- Promote educational and developmental activities that enhance children’s learning and growth.
- Assist with homework, reading, and engaging in educational games and activities.
- Encourage the development of social skills, manners, and independence.
- Foster creativity through arts and crafts, music, and imaginative play.

Household Support:
- Perform light housekeeping duties related to childcare, such as tidying children’s rooms and doing their laundry.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in common areas used by children.
- Run errands, such as grocery shopping or picking up children from school or activities.
- Collaborate with parents to ensure smooth coordination of schedules, routines, and household tasks.

Communication and Collaboration:
- Establish open and respectful communication with parents, providing regular updates on children’s activities, behavior, and progress.
- Collaborate with parents to align childcare practices and strategies.
- Follow parents’ guidelines, rules, and disciplinary techniques.

Safety and Emergency Preparedness:
- Ensure a safe environment by childproofing the premises and implementing safety measures.
- Familiarize yourself with emergency procedures and be prepared to respond appropriately in case of accidents or emergencies.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of basic first aid and CPR techniques.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Previous experience as a Nanny or in a related childcare role is required.
- Genuine love and passion for working with children.
- Strong understanding of child development, safety, and caregiving best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, adaptability, and the ability to handle unexpected situations.
- First Aid and CPR certification is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid work permit or eligibility to work in Canada with LMIA approval.
