• Conduct geological surveys, analyses, and risk assessments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize exploration processes.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to exploration teams.

Education and Qualifications:

• Master’s or Ph.D. in Geology, Earth Sciences, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Manager Exploration in the energy sector.
• Expertise in geological mapping, risk assessments, and exploration technologies.
