• Conduct regular store visits to ensure merchandising standards are maintained.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to make recommendations for improvement.
• Provide feedback on product performance and customer preferences.

Education and Qualification:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience as a Merchandiser or in a related role is advantageous.
• Knowledge of merchandising principles and visual display techniques.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
