Duties and Responsibilities:
- Promote Novo Nordisk’s pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, including physicians, pharmacists, and nurses, through effective communication and product presentations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders and decision-makers in the medical community to influence prescribing behaviors and enhance brand awareness.
- Provide accurate and up-to-date scientific information on Novo Nordisk’s products, including their indications, benefits, and usage guidelines, to healthcare professionals.
- Organize and conduct educational events, seminars, and workshops for healthcare professionals to increase their knowledge and understanding of Novo Nordisk’s products and therapeutic areas.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and medical affairs, to develop and implement strategic plans and tactics to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
- Stay updated on developments in the pharmaceutical industry, competitor products, and medical guidelines to maintain a competitive edge and provide valuable insights to internal stakeholders.
Education and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Nursing, or a related field.
- Previous experience in pharmaceutical sales or medical representative roles is preferred.
- Strong understanding of medical terminology, pharmacology, and therapeutic areas relevant to Novo Nordisk’s products.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport and establish credibility with healthcare professionals.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel as needed.
