Education

• High School / Bachelors Degree / Diploma 

Experience:

1-2 Years of Experience

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead the stewarding team in daily operations.
• Ensure the cleanliness of kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas.
• Implement and enforce proper sanitation and hygiene standards.
• Train and mentor stewarding staff on best practices.
• Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Collaborate with kitchen and dining staff to maintain a smooth workflow.

Education and Qualification:

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience as a Stewarding Supervisor or in a similar role.
• Knowledge of sanitation and safety regulations in a kitchen environment.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
