Responsibilities:

- Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions to guests.
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to fulfill guest requests and resolve issues.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of public areas, including the lobby and reception area.
- Assist with luggage handling and transportation arrangements for guests as needed.

Education and Qualification:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred.
