Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of hotel operations, including guest services, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and profitability, including room occupancy, food and beverage sales, and other revenue streams.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, budgets, and forecasts, and take corrective actions as needed.
- Lead and motivate hotel staff to deliver outstanding service and achieve performance goals.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company and regulatory standards.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests, ensuring prompt and satisfactory resolution.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with guests, employees, vendors, and local community stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with Marriott International standards and policies.
Education and Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Previous experience in hotel management or a senior leadership role in the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of hotel operations, revenue management, and industry trends.
- Proficiency in MS Office and hotel management software.
