Education:

• Supervise a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance and support.
• Develop and implement maintenance strategies to enhance equipment reliability.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
• Collaborate with other departments to achieve overall operational goals.

Education and Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in maintenance management, preferably in a facilities management or related industry.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of maintenance best practices and technologies.
• Familiarity with relevant safety and environmental regulations.
