1. Laundry services: Sort, wash, dry, fold, and iron laundry items according to established guidelines and procedures. Handle different fabrics and garments with care and attention to detail. Ensure proper use of laundry equipment and report any maintenance or repair needs promptly.
2. Cleaning tasks: Perform various cleaning duties to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards. This includes sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and disinfecting surfaces. Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchen areas, common spaces, and other designated areas following specific protocols and guidelines.
3. Customer service: Provide friendly and professional customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns in a courteous and timely manner. Maintain a positive attitude while working on client premises and ensure client satisfaction with the laundry and cleaning services provided.
4. Stock and inventory management: Monitor and manage laundry supplies and cleaning products, ensuring adequate stock levels. Restock supplies as needed and report any shortages to the supervisor. Maintain inventory records accurately.
5. Safety and hygiene: Adhere to health and safety guidelines, following proper procedures for handling cleaning chemicals and hazardous substances. Use personal protective equipment (PPE) when required to maintain a safe working environment.
6. Time management and organization: Manage tasks efficiently and prioritize work to meet laundry and cleaning schedules. Complete assigned duties within designated timeframes and ensure attention to detail in all aspects of laundry and cleaning tasks.
7. Team collaboration: Work collaboratively with the team and supervisors, supporting each other to ensure effective workflow and maintain high-quality standards. Communicate any challenges or issues that may arise during laundry and cleaning operations.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in laundry and cleaning services is preferred but not essential; training will be provided.
• Knowledge of laundry procedures, including sorting, washing, drying, and folding different fabrics and garments, is advantageous.
• Familiarity with various cleaning techniques, equipment, and cleaning agents is beneficial.
