Key Responsibilities:

1. Concrete Finishing: Perform concrete finishing, including smoothing and leveling surfaces using hand or power tools.
2. Formwork Setup: Set up and dismantle concrete forms and molds to shape concrete surfaces.
3. Mixing and Pouring: Prepare concrete mixtures, pour them into forms, and spread, level, and smooth them.
4. Texturing: Apply various textures to concrete surfaces to achieve desired finishes.
5. Repair Work: Repair and patch concrete surfaces as needed to ensure structural integrity and aesthetics.
6. Safety Compliance: Follow safety guidelines and regulations to ensure a safe work environment.
7. Quality Control: Monitor the quality of finished concrete surfaces to meet project specifications.
8. Equipment Maintenance: Maintain and clean tools and equipment used in cement finishing.
9. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with construction crews and other trades to ensure project completion.

Qualifications:
