Key Responsibilities:

  1. Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the management and staff, including document management, data entry, and file organization.
  2. Communication: Manage incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and mail, ensuring a professional and responsive approach.
  3. Scheduling: Coordinate and manage appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for team members.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
