Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the management and staff, including document management, data entry, and file organization.
- Communication: Manage incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and mail, ensuring a professional and responsive approach.
- Scheduling: Coordinate and manage appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for team members.
