Duties and Responsibilities:
- Identify and prospect potential clients in the assigned territory.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Understand clients’ requirements and propose suitable elevator and escalator solutions.
- Prepare and present technical proposals and quotations to clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including design and engineering, to ensure timely and accurate project delivery.
- Negotiate contracts and terms of sale with clients.
- Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process and after-sales support.
Education and Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in sales, preferably in the elevator or construction industry, is advantageous.
- Strong technical aptitude and understanding of elevator and escalator systems.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s license.
