Responsibilities:
- Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related problems in a timely manner.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and applications.
- Collaborate with the IT team to implement and monitor security measures for computer systems.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of IT documentation.
- Keep abreast of advancements in technology to recommend updates and improvements.
Education and Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in IT support roles.
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, hardware, and software.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP), or similar will be advantageous.
