Key Responsibilities:

1. Invoice Processing: Receive and process supplier invoices and related documents in accordance with established procedures and policies.
2. Invoice Verification: Verify invoice accuracy, including matching invoices to purchase orders and receiving documents.
3. Approval Workflow: Route invoices for approval and ensure timely resolution of any discrepancies.
4. Payment Processing: Prepare and process payments to suppliers, including checks, wire transfers, and electronic payments.
5. Supplier Relations: Communicate with suppliers to resolve invoice-related inquiries and discrepancies.
6. Record Keeping: Maintain organized and up-to-date records of invoices, payments, and related documents.
7. Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
8. Reporting: Generate reports and summaries related to invoice processing and payment status.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma: A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in finance or related field is a plus.
• Experience: Previous experience in invoice processing or accounts payable is preferred.
• Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing invoices and payments.
• Communication Skills: Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Visa Sponsorship: Must require visa sponsorship to work legally in the USA.
