Key Responsibilities:

1. General Cleaning: Perform a range of cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Clean and disinfect bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, living areas, and other designated spaces as required.
2. Surface Care: Use appropriate cleaning products and tools to clean and maintain various surfaces, such as floors, countertops, appliances, furniture, and fixtures. Follow proper techniques to achieve desired results and minimize damage.
3. Dusting and Polishing: Dust and polish furniture, shelves, blinds, and other surfaces to remove dirt, stains, and marks. Pay attention to detail to ensure a thorough and consistent clean.
4. Kitchen Cleaning: Clean and sanitize kitchen appliances, countertops, sinks, and cabinets. Wash dishes, clean ovens, microwaves, and other kitchen equipment as necessary.
5. Bathroom Cleaning: Clean and disinfect toilets, sinks, bathtubs, showers, and other bathroom fixtures. Ensure that bathroom surfaces are free of stains, soap scum, and mildew.
6. Laundry and Ironing: Perform laundry tasks, including washing, drying, folding, and ironing clothes and linens as needed.
7. Organization: Maintain a neat and organized environment by arranging items, tidying up rooms, and ensuring clutter-free spaces.
8. Client Communication: Interact professionally and respectfully with clients, understanding and fulfilling their specific cleaning preferences and requirements. Follow any special instructions provided by clients.
9. Time Management: Efficiently manage time and cleaning tasks to complete assignments within designated timeframes. Prioritize tasks based on client requirements and ensure a thorough clean.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Previous experience in residential cleaning or a similar role is preferred but not essential.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain a high level of cleanliness.
• Good physical stamina and the ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, bending, and lifting.
• Familiarity with cleaning techniques, tools, and products for different surfaces and materials.
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently.
• Effective communication skills to understand client preferences and follow instructions.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekdays, evenings, and weekends as required.
