- Develop and implement HSE policies and procedures.
- Investigate incidents and accidents, and recommend preventive measures.
- Conduct HSE training sessions for employees.
Education and Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- Professional certification in HSE (e.g., NEBOSH) is preferred.
- Proven experience as an HSE Advisor in the oil and gas industry.
- In-depth knowledge of HSE regulations and best practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
