- Monitor employee performance and assist in designing training and development programs.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in HR (2+ years preferred).
- Strong understanding of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
