Duties and Responsibilities:

• Partner with business leaders to understand their strategic objectives and provide HR support and guidance to achieve them.
• Act as a trusted advisor to management on HR-related issues, including employee relations, performance management, talent development, and workforce planning.
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs to support organizational objectives and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
• Manage employee relations issues, including investigations, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution, to maintain a positive work environment and foster employee engagement.
• Support talent acquisition efforts by partnering with recruiters to identify hiring needs, conduct interviews, and onboard new employees.
• Lead performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development planning, to drive employee performance and development.
• Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement, and provide recommendations to management.
• Collaborate with HR colleagues and cross-functional teams to implement HR initiatives, programs, and projects.

Education and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field required; master’s degree or HR certification preferred.
• Proven experience in HR business partner or HR generalist roles, with a strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and regulations.
• Excellent knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate business needs into HR solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
