  4. Customer Support: Assist guests with any concerns, requests, or issues, resolving them promptly and professionally.
  5. Administrative Tasks: Complete necessary paperwork, including registration forms, invoices, and payment processing.
  6. Communication: Maintain effective communication with other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations.
  7. Cash Handling: Handle cash transactions, maintain cash float, and process payments accurately.

Requirements:
