Responsibilities:
- Supervise the stewarding team, including scheduling, training, and performance management.
- Oversee the cleanliness of kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards in the kitchen.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, and place orders as needed.
- Coordinate with other departments to support food and beverage service operations.
Education and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality or related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in stewarding or kitchen operations.
- Knowledge of hygiene and safety standards in a kitchen environment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
