Responsibilities:

1. Perform daily cleaning tasks in guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, making beds, and replenishing amenities.
2. Ensure that guest bathrooms are clean, sanitized, and fully stocked with toiletries.
3. Clean and maintain public areas, including the lobby, hallways, elevators, and lounges.
4. Report any maintenance issues or repairs needed in guest rooms and public areas to the Housekeeping Supervisor.
5. Handle guest laundry and linens with care, following established hotel procedures.
6. Empty trash bins and dispose of waste according to hotel guidelines.
7. Support the hotel’s sustainability initiatives by practicing energy conservation and waste reduction.
8. Follow established health and safety protocols to maintain a hygienic environment.
9. Assist in setting up and cleaning event spaces for meetings and functions.
10. Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor when interacting with guests and colleagues.

Requirements:

1. Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or a related cleaning role is advantageous but not mandatory; candidates with a positive attitude and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
2. Basic knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and cleaning agents.
3. Physical fitness and the ability to lift and move heavy objects.
4. Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a clean and organized environment.
5. Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
6. Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
