Key Responsibilities:
- Guest Services: Provide excellent guest service, ensuring a warm welcome, efficient check-in/check-out, and handling guest inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Front Desk Management: Oversee front desk operations, ensuring a smooth flow of guest check-ins, reservations, and administrative tasks.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and support hotel staff, providing guidance, training, and ensuring a positive work environment.
- Shift Management: Responsible for the smooth running of the hotel during your shift, including addressing any issues or emergencies that may arise.
- Sales and Revenue: Assist with sales and marketing efforts, upselling hotel services, and optimizing room revenue.
- Health and Safety: Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations, implementing safety protocols, and promoting a secure environment for guests and staff.
- Problem Solving: Proactively handle guest complaints and resolve operational challenges to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Reporting: Prepare shift reports and handovers, communicating important information to the next duty manager or management team.
Requirements:
