Responsibilities
- Providing excellent customer service to our guests
- Checking guests in and out of the hotel
- Cleaning and maintaining guest rooms and public areas
- Preparing and serving food and beverages
- Assisting with events and banquets
- Providing information and assistance to guests
- And other duties as assigned
Qualifications
To be successful in any role at Loews Hotels & Co, you must have:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, but not required
