Available Positions

We are currently hiring for the following positions:

1. Guest Relations Officer

Responsibilities: Welcome guests, manage check-ins and check-outs, handle guest inquiries, and ensure a seamless guest experience.
Requirements: Excellent communication skills, previous front desk experience preferred.
Salary: £24,621 per annum plus additional service charge.

2. Concierge

Responsibilities: Assist guests with reservations, transportation, and information about local attractions.
Requirements: Strong knowledge of London, exceptional customer service skills.
Salary: £28,458 per annum plus service charge.

3. Senior Commis Waiter/Waitress

Responsibilities: Provide high-quality food and beverage service in our dining outlets.
Requirements: Previous experience in a similar role, passion for hospitality.
Salary: Up to £34,294 per annum (base salary £24,294 + average TRONC £10K).

4. Head Porter

Responsibilities: Oversee the porter team, manage luggage services, and ensure guest satisfaction.
Requirements: Leadership skills, prior experience in a similar role.
Salary: £35,000 per annum plus additional service charge.

5. Event Sales Manager

Responsibilities: Manage event sales, coordinate with clients, and oversee event execution.
Requirements: Strong sales background, excellent organizational skills.
Salary: £38,000 per annum plus additional sales bonus scheme.

6. Groups & Events Planning Manager

Responsibilities: Plan and execute group events, liaise with clients, and ensure event success.
Requirements: Experience in event planning, attention to detail.
Salary: Competitive salary (details upon inquiry).

7. Kitchen Porter

Responsibilities: Maintain kitchen cleanliness, assist with basic food preparation, and support kitchen staff.
Requirements: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, team player.
Salary: £11.50 – £12.50 per hour plus holiday pay.

8. Housekeeping Supervisor

Responsibilities: Supervise housekeeping staff, ensure cleanliness standards, and manage inventory.

9. Assistant Guest Relations Manager
