Key Responsibilities:

Provide outstanding service to guests, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.
Assist in the day-to-day operations of the hotel, restaurant, or event venue.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in guest-facing areas and behind the scenes.
Address guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with a positive attitude.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations and an excellent guest experience.
Uphold company standards and comply with health and safety regulations.
Handle reservations, check-ins, and check-outs efficiently (if working in a front-desk role).

Qualifications:
