Education

• High School / Bachelors Degree / Diploma 

Experience

• 1-2 Years of Experience On Related Field 

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement menus that align with the hotel’s culinary concept, market trends, and guest preferences.
• Plan and oversee food preparation, production, and presentation in accordance with established recipes and standards.
• Manage kitchen staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluation.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations in the kitchen.
• Monitor food costs, inventory levels, and waste to maximize profitability and minimize expenses.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as food and beverage, procurement, and sales, to coordinate operations and achieve business objectives.
• Stay updated on culinary trends, techniques, and ingredients to continuously improve menu offerings and guest satisfaction.

Education and Qualifications:

• Culinary degree or equivalent qualification from a recognized culinary institute.
• Proven experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef in a high-volume, upscale hotel or restaurant environment.
• Strong culinary skills and knowledge of international cuisines, cooking techniques, and kitchen management best practices.
• Leadership ability to inspire and motivate kitchen staff to achieve culinary excellence.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
