• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support equipment deployments, migrations, and upgrades.
• Maintain accurate documentation of equipment inventory, maintenance activities, and incident reports.
• Adhere to safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.

Education and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field preferred.
• Previous experience in data center operations, IT support, or related roles is advantageous.
• Familiarity with server hardware, networking technologies, and data center infrastructure.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
