Education:

Bachelor // Diploma // Secondary which is as prescribed below

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to increase online sales and drive traffic to the company’s website.
Manage the company’s online platforms, including the website, mobile app, and social media channels.
Monitor and analyze e-commerce performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement action plans accordingly.
Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, IT, and customer service, to ensure seamless integration of e-commerce initiatives.
Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in e-commerce and implement innovative solutions to enhance the customer experience.
Manage relationships with third-party vendors and service providers to support e-commerce operations.

Education and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
Previous experience in e-commerce management, preferably in the retail industry.
Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, technologies, and trends.
Proficiency in web analytics tools and e-commerce software.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
