Job Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently, providing accurate information about the hotel’s facilities and services.
- Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a timely and courteous manner.
- Manage reservations and ensure accurate information is maintained in the system.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Maintain a neat and organized front desk area.
Education and Qualification:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred.
- Proficient in using hotel management software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle stressful situations with composure.
