Experience:
Min 1-2 Years experience in Related Field
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Hygiene Manager in developing and implementing hygiene and sanitation policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular inspections of all areas to ensure compliance with hygiene standards and regulations.
- Train and educate staff on proper cleaning and sanitization techniques.
- Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment and ensure adequate stock levels are maintained.
- Investigate and address any hygiene-related complaints or issues promptly.
- Assist with the coordination of hygiene audits and inspections by external agencies.
Education and Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry is preferred.
- Knowledge of hygiene and sanitation principles and practices.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Diploma or certification in hygiene management or a related field is advantageous.
