Education

• 1-2 Years of Experience in Related field

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Managing the financial planning and analysis process, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Providing financial insights and recommendations to senior management to support decision-making.
• Developing and implementing financial policies, procedures, and controls to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
• Supervising the finance team and overseeing day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger activities.
• Conducting financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Preparing financial reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Liaising with auditors, tax authorities, and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Participating in strategic planning initiatives and contributing to the achievement of organizational goals.

Education and Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) is preferred.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in finance or accounting roles, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial or supervisory capacity.
• Strong knowledge of financial principles, practices, and regulations.
• Proficiency in financial modeling, analysis, and reporting tools.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
