Education

• General/High School / Bachelors Degree / Diploma 

Experience

1-2 Years of Experience in Related Field

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Facilities Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of facilities, including maintenance, repairs, and cleaning.
• Coordinate and schedule maintenance activities and repairs with internal staff and external contractors.
• Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs and ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
• Assist in managing facility budgets and tracking expenses.
• Provide support in implementing strategies to improve facility efficiency and sustainability.

Education and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in facilities management, engineering, or a related field preferred.
• Previous experience in facilities management, property management, or a similar role is advantageous.
• Knowledge of building systems and maintenance practices.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
