Responsibilities:

1. Assist in various farm operations, including planting, cultivating, and harvesting crops.
2. Participate in the maintenance and repair of farm infrastructure, equipment, and machinery.
3. Operate farm machinery and equipment, such as tractors, irrigation systems, and harvesting implements.
4. Follow established agricultural practices and safety protocols to ensure efficient and sustainable farm operations.
5. Monitor crop conditions and implement pest and weed control measures as necessary.
6. Feed, care for, and handle livestock, ensuring their health and well-being.
7. Help with the processing and packaging of agricultural products.
8. Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, including storage areas and equipment sheds.
9. Collaborate with team members to accomplish daily tasks and meet production goals.
10. Adhere to all applicable regulations and guidelines governing agricultural operations.

Requirements:

1. Valid work permit or ability to obtain a visa for employment in Canada.
2. Previous experience in farming, agriculture, or related field is desirable but not mandatory.
3. Physical fitness and ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions.
4. Familiarity with farm machinery and equipment operation is advantageous.
5. Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
6. Willingness to learn and adapt to new farming techniques and practices.
7. Flexibility to work extended hours, weekends, and holidays as required.
8. Understanding of and adherence to health and safety regulations.
