Key Responsibilities:

Assist in assembling, packing, and inspecting manufactured products.
Operate and monitor machinery and equipment used in the production process.
Perform quality control checks to ensure products meet company standards.
Load and unload raw materials, tools, and finished products from machines or storage areas.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following company safety policies and procedures.
Follow detailed work instructions and production schedules to meet manufacturing targets.
Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to optimize workflow.
Identify and report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to supervisors.
Assist in basic maintenance of production tools and machines.
Move products and materials manually or with powered equipment like forklifts (if certified).
Ensure proper labeling and packaging of products for shipment.
Participate in training sessions to improve job skills and safety awareness.

Requirements:

Essential Qualifications & Skills:

No formal education required, but previous experience in manufacturing, warehousing, or assembly work is an asset.
Physically fit and able to lift, carry, and move materials up to 25 kg.
Ability to stand for long hours and perform repetitive tasks.
Basic understanding of workplace safety regulations.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and overtime as needed.
Basic English or French communication skills for workplace interactions.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

Experience working in a factory or manufacturing environment.
Familiarity with industrial tools, production machines, and assembly lines.
Forklift certification (an asset but not mandatory).
Knowledge of quality control standards and production workflows.
