Responsibilities:

• Safely operate company vehicles, such as cars, vans, or trucks, as required by client assignments.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while driving, ensuring the safety of the vehicle, passengers, and other road users.
• Transport passengers, goods, or equipment to designated locations efficiently and on time.
• Maintain professionalism and provide exceptional customer service to clients during transportation.
• Follow client-specific instructions, such as delivery schedules or pickup locations, ensuring accurate and prompt service.
• Load and unload goods or equipment with care, ensuring their proper handling and securing during transportation.
• Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues, addressing any inquiries, concerns, or special requirements.
• Complete necessary paperwork accurately and promptly, such as delivery notes or trip logs.
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections, reporting any maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate personnel.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including those related to safety, security, and confidentiality.

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Previous experience as a driver, preferably in a transportation or delivery role.
• Excellent driving skills, with a strong emphasis on safety, punctuality, and efficiency.
• Familiarity with local areas and routes within the designated service region.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physical fitness and the ability to lift and carry heavy objects, if required.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling and documenting deliveries or passenger information.
• Dependability and reliability in meeting transportation schedules.
• Flexibility in working hours, as occasional weekend or evening shifts may be required.
