Responsibilities:

1. Safely operate the hotel’s vehicles, including luxury sedans and spacious vans, to transport guests, staff, and management to various locations in Dubai.
2. Extend a warm and courteous welcome to guests, assist with luggage handling, and maintain a professional and friendly demeanor throughout the journey.
3. Plan and follow efficient routes to ensure timely arrivals, considering traffic conditions and alternate paths if necessary.
4. Regularly inspect and maintain the assigned vehicle, reporting any mechanical issues or maintenance requirements promptly.
5. Adhere strictly to traffic laws, regulations, and hotel driving policies to ensure the safety and security of all passengers and other road users.
6. Provide guests with relevant information about the hotel’s amenities, services, and nearby attractions, displaying a knowledgeable and helpful attitude.
7. Collaborate closely with the Concierge and Front Desk teams to efficiently manage transportation requests and schedules.
8. Keep accurate records of trips, including mileage, fuel consumption, and vehicle maintenance logs.
9. Comply with the hotel’s security and confidentiality standards while handling guest transportation.
10. Report any incidents, accidents, or emergencies promptly to the management and follow established procedures.
11. Maintain a professional appearance, wearing the designated uniform and adhering to the hotel’s grooming standards.
12. Stay updated on Dubai’s traffic conditions, construction projects, and local events to ensure smooth and efficient travel.
13. Foster an eco-conscious approach to driving, employing fuel-efficient techniques to minimize environmental impact.
14. Assist in other tasks or departments as needed to support the overall hotel operations.

Qualifications and Requirements:

1. Valid UAE driving license, preferably with a clean driving record.
2. Proven experience as a professional Driver, preferably in a luxury hotel or reputable establishment.
3. Excellent knowledge of Dubai’s roadways, traffic regulations, and key landmarks.
4. Proficiency in using navigation devices and smartphone applications for effective route planning.
5. Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable attitude.
6. Effective communication skills in English (both spoken and written).
7. Punctual, reliable, and adaptable to flexible working hours if required.
8. Physical fitness to handle luggage and provide assistance to guests comfortably.
9. Positive and composed demeanor, particularly during demanding situations.
10. Familiarity with luxury vehicles and hospitality industry standards is advantageous.
