Responsibilities:

• Wash and clean dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Assist kitchen staff with food preparation tasks as needed
• Empty trash bins and clean kitchen surfaces
• Follow all health and safety regulations
• Perform other duties as assigned by the kitchen manager

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a dishwasher or in a similar role is preferred
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Strong work ethic and a team player
• Good communication skills
• Must be able to work evenings and weekends
