• Collect and remove trash and recycling from the kitchen area.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dishwashing area and kitchen station.
• Assist with basic food preparation tasks, such as peeling and cutting vegetables.
• Follow proper food handling and safety procedures.
• Adhere to sanitation regulations and maintain a clean and hygienic workspace.
• Assist the kitchen staff in maintaining a smooth workflow.
• Report any equipment malfunctions or maintenance issues to the supervisor.
• Collaborate with the team to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• No previous experience is required; training will be provided.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Willingness to learn and take direction from the supervisor.
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Lift and carry heavy trays, racks, and boxes.
• Bend, kneel, and reach to perform cleaning and organizational tasks.
• Work in a hot and fast-paced kitchen environment.
