Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
2. CPA (Certified Public Accountant) designation is preferred.
3. Proven work experience in a senior finance leadership role, such as Director of Finance or Financial Controller.
4. Strong knowledge of financial management principles and practices.
5. Experience in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
6. Demonstrated expertise in financial analysis and data-driven decision-making.
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
8. Strategic thinker with the ability to align financial goals with overall business objectives.
9. Prior experience in the healthcare industry is advantageous but not mandatory.
