Job Overview
As a Digital Marketing Manager at RTC1 Recruitment Services, you will lead the development and execution of digital marketing strategies to enhance our brand presence, engage our audience, and drive business growth. You will oversee all digital channels, including social media, email, SEO, and paid advertising, ensuring alignment with our business goals.

Key Responsibilities
Digital Strategy Development
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Identify target audiences and create tailored campaigns to engage and convert them.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
Content Creation and Management
- Oversee the creation of high-quality content for digital channels, including blogs, social media posts, videos, and email campaigns.
- Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and external agencies to produce compelling content.
- Ensure all content aligns with the brand voice and messaging guidelines.
Social Media Management
- Manage and grow RTC1’s presence across social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.
- Develop and execute social media campaigns to increase engagement and followers.
- Monitor social media performance and provide insights for improvement.
SEO and SEM
- Optimize website content and structure for search engines to improve organic rankings.
- Manage pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns, including Google Ads and social media advertising.
- Analyze SEO and SEM performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed.
Email Marketing
- Plan and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and retain clients.
- Segment email lists and personalize content to improve open and click-through rates.
- Monitor email performance and optimize campaigns for better results.
Analytics and Reporting
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) across all digital channels.
- Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations.
- Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve ROI.
Team Leadership
- Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals, fostering a culture of creativity and collaboration.
- Set clear goals and objectives for the team, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
- Provide training and development opportunities to enhance team skills and knowledge.
Visa and Relocation Support
- Assist international hires with visa applications, ensuring compliance with UAE immigration requirements.
- Coordinate relocation logistics, including housing, flights, and cultural orientation.
- Provide ongoing support to help new employees integrate into the team and community.
Qualifications and Experience
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum 5–7 years in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Hootsuite, and HubSpot.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and social media best practices.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
