Responsibilities:

• Install, test, and maintain electrical systems and equipment, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance of electrical systems, identifying potential issues and taking appropriate measures to address them.
• Troubleshoot electrical faults and malfunctions, using diagnostic tools and techniques to identify and rectify problems.
• Repair or replace faulty electrical components, such as circuit breakers, transformers, motors, and switches.
• Collaborate with other engineering and maintenance teams to ensure efficient operation of electrical systems and resolve any interrelated issues.
• Carry out wiring, cabling, and connection tasks, adhering to electrical wiring diagrams and specifications.
• Perform electrical upgrades and modifications to existing systems, ensuring compatibility and compliance with safety regulations.
• Keep accurate records of maintenance and repair activities, including work performed, parts used, and any additional recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies during all electrical engineering activities.
• Stay updated on advancements in electrical engineering technologies and techniques, implementing relevant changes or improvements.
• Provide technical guidance and support to colleagues and stakeholders, offering expertise in electrical engineering matters.

Requirements:

• Degree or equivalent qualification in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience working as an Electrical Engineer, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, components, codes, and regulations.
• Proficiency in reading electrical schematics, diagrams, and technical drawings.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues effectively.
• Familiarity with electrical testing and diagnostic tools.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of safety and quality in electrical engineering practices.
• Flexibility to work daytime shifts and occasional overtime as required.
• Valid driving license.
